Returns and Refunds

If you need to return or exchange your purchase within 14 days, please ship it the the address shown below. Remember to issue the package against loss or damage.

Note: Hairbrushes, combs, shave brushes and razors cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns.

We will issue credit card refunds, less shipping/handling fees, upon receipt of merchandise * in re-sellable condition. Products with seals cannot have their seals broken. Depending on your credit card company, it may take two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your billing statement, depending on your closing date. However, you can always call your credit card company to verify that we have processed your refund or exchange.

This policy also applies to purchases with free shipping offers. This amount ($6.95) will be deducted from any credit card refund if the resulting change reduces the purchase below the $50 threshold to qualify for free shipping.

When returning one or more items, remember to insure the package against loss or damage during transit.
