When placing an order with Back-Ordered or Out-of-Stock products, please be aware of the following – You may place an order that includes back-ordered or out-of-stock products. We will ship the available products immediately. The back-ordered or out-of-stock products will be shipped as soon as possible at no additional expense. Note: Your credit card will not be charged for the back-ordered or out-of-stock products until they are shipped.

You may call us at any time to remove any back-ordered or out-of-stock products from the remaining order. Additionally, you may call to add additional items to a backorder (still qualifies for free standard shipping). We may split an order and ship items separately, backordering unavailable products. As always, you will not be charged for a back-ordered or out-of-stock product until it ships. The back-ordered or out-of-stock product(s) will be shipped using Standard Delivery at no additional expense.

Sale, Discounted & While Supply Lasts Items - Gift Wrap is not available on these items. These products are available in limited quantities. Once sold out, these products will be removed from an order.

If you selected Free Standard or $6.95 Flat-Rate as a shipping method and we are sold out of one of these items, no changes will be made to your shipping charge. You will still quality for the Free Standard or the $6.95 Flat-Rate delivery charge.
