We will issue credit card refunds, less shipping/handling fees, upon receipt of merchandise * in resellable condition. Products with seals cannot have their seals broken. Depending on your credit card company, it may take two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your billing statement.

* - Note: Hairbrushes, combs, shave brushes and razors cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns. Sorry, there is no exception to this policy. The sale of hairbrushes, combs, shave brushes and razors is final.

If you refuse delivery for a package you will owe $5.95 for shipping each way, for a total of $11.90 due.

This policy also applies to purchases with free shipping offers. This amount ($5.95) will be deducted from any credit card refund if the resulting change reduces the purchase below the $99 threshold to qualify for free shipping.
